10 push-ups
10 KTE's
10 Dips
10 pull-ups
200m run

22 minutes Rx'd. Arms are pumped

Cool down nice country side roller blade:)

Eh Mia hope your doing well! Nice work gettin' er done on the farm. I had a question about your sweet pullup bar. What did Mitch use for the bars and where'd he get the stuff? Thanks and take care, say hi to your Mom, hope she still training!

Hey Sterling I'm doing awesome thanks yep super mum is still training. All the stuff for the PU bar was from Home depot but I don't know what it's called I'll find out for you though:) Take her easy!
