Ya running! Hollie, Leanna and I met up for a 5K today in the beautiful sunshine awesome day to be outside. PR on the run:) time 27.05 last run was 28.48, sweet! Thanks ladies for coming with me. We even got the attention from some "Cowboy" yelling run forest run, cheek! That was Mitch who will be riding bulls out in Chilliwack tonight and tomorrow night in the PBR rodeo, Yeehaw!

What a beautiful day for a run!! You guys did great and I'm happy to be just over 29 mins. These short little legs just keep going, trying to catch up to the big girls:) Can't wait for tomorrow. Who was that Cowboy anyway?? Can't wait for XF tomorrow and the Rodeo.
