What an awesome day and an awesome training partner! This was tough the runs were the hardest for me but a fun blaster! Now I'm ready for a weekend of FUN & SUN!

What a great day for a run in the sun. Thanks Mia that was a blast. You Rock!!! I thought the runs were going to be the break and they ended up being the ones I had to talk myself through. AAgghhh!!! that huge hill in the FarmFit Driveway:)
